This is another example from a Web Coding II homework assignment. This is a sub page for a fictitious construction company where the user can Request A Free Quote.

CSS positioning is used to place the major parts of the layout, while float and simple tables are used for the form elements. The form itself is a good example of an accessible form as it utilizes tabindexes, labels, and access keys.
